Luke 12:32-34
Jesus said to his disciples: ‘There is no need to be afraid, little flock, for it has pleased your Father to give you the kingdom.
‘Sell your possessions and give alms. Get yourselves purses that do not wear out, treasure that will not fail you, in heaven where no thief can reach it and no moth destroy it. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.’

- Jesus explained to His disciples, ‘For wherever your treasure is, that is where your heart will be too.’ “What is your real treasure?” What takes most of your attention and your time?
- Jesus tells us that we should not be over dependent on material things. In fact, if our possessions become obstacles to the “Kingdom” we should sell them and give the money to the poor.
- Our life should be focused more on the greatest gift of all – the Kingdom of heaven that God has given us. How does the truth of God’s Kingdom of heaven affect your everyday life and attitude towards people?
