Reflection on the WORD
Jesus’ Ways: In today’s Gospel, Jesus proclaimed to His disciples, that when they relate with others, “Be compassionate like God our Father, do not judge or condemn, but always forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give generously as God always does without fail.” Ponder on: When we relate with others put onthe mind and heart of Jesus.
Luke 6:36-38
Jesus said to his disciples: ‘Be compassionate just as your Father is compassionate. Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven.
‘Give, and there will be gifts for you: a full measure, pressed down, shaken together, and overflowing, will be poured into your lap; because the standard you use will be the standard used for you.’

Today's Pointers on God's Word
As you read the passage what words, phases or meanings caught your attention?
- Jesus cautions us not to judge others, but instead be like Christ and give without counting the costs and not expect any rewards
- Ultimately, it is God who will truly see what we have done, how much compassion we have shown to others and how we have lived our lives.
- Let us pray for God’s graces to continue to live and love as He wants us to and let God judge others in His ways and not ours.
