How to pray the Novena:
This Novena is to help you prepare for the Solemnity of The Sacred Heart. You may pray the Novena privately or with others — members of your family, neighbours or friends — over the nine days.

Read the scripture reflection slowly, pausing when something strikes you. A prayer/desire takes up the theme of the day, and you end with the Novena Prayer. You may include in it any intention you like to make, for yourself or for others

Prayers to be said on Friday 24th June 2022 – The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus :
Consecration & Renewal of Families Dedicated to the Sacred Heart

Theme for each day of the 9 Days Novena:

Day 1 – Thursday 16th June 2022 : God sustains my life
Day 2 – Friday 17th June 2022 : God’s faithfulness to me
Day 3 – Saturday 18th June 2022 : God gives Himself to me, to us …
Day 4 – Sunday 19th June 2022 : Resistance to God’s call
Day 5 – Monday 20th June 2022 : God’s attitude towards us
Day 6 – Tuesday 21st June 2022 : Knowing the person of Jesus
Day 7 – Wednesday 22nd June 2022 : Jesus moves towards His cross
Day 8 – Thursday 23rd June 2022 : Jesus as He continues to His cross
Day 9 – Friday 24th June 2022 : Risen Christ, risen Christian!

Novena Prayers for each day will be release at 6pm on the previous day that is, Novena Prayers for Day 1 will appear below on Wed 15th June 2022
