Why am I not receiving my e-mails?

2.
I am a subscriber and I have been receiving e-mails
for some time until recently. Why am I not getting
my Daily Gospel e-Message?
Is your mailbox
full? If your mailbox is full, you
will not be able to receive any e-mails from us.
Please delete the e-mails in your inbox.
Are you using
Yahoo/Hotmail or other Internet based e-mail service?
If you are, there is a possibility that your e-mails
are lumped into a folder called Bulk Mail
or Junk E-mail folder.
If you find the
Daily Gospel e-Message in Yahoo's Bulk Mail folder:
i) Open the message and click
the "Not Spam" button.
ii) Tick the "Move messages in the bulk folder
that I mark as not spam to the Inbox" box
and click the "Move messages in the bulk
folder that I mark as not spam to the Inbox"
button.
If you find the
Daily Gospel E-message in Hotmail's Junk E-mail
folder, use the checkboxes to select
the message and click the 'Not Junk' button.
If you are using
your company’s e-mail server
it is possible that the Gospel Daily e-Message
is being filtered by your e-mail administrator.
Request your e-mail administrator to direct e-mails
from js.jesuit@jesuit.org.sg to
your mailbox as they are not SPAM. If this is
not possible, please subscribe again using an
alternate e-mail account e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or
your home Internet Service Provider.
Temporary server
problems. If none of the above apply,
your server may be experiencing temporary problems.
If the problem persists for a few days, however,
please re-subscribe and activate your e-mails.
If this does not solve the problem, send us an email describing your problem to js.admin8@jesuit.org.sg .
3.
When I open the Daily Gospel e-Message, none of
the images appear. How can I view the images?
The images in the Daily Gospel
e-Message are not sent in the e-mail but are linked
to an absolute URL. To view these images, you
need to have connection to the Internet and the
World Wide Web and an HTML enabled e-mail service.
Some companies block access
to the World Wide Web. If you cannot get an HTML
enabled e-mail service, please subscribe to our
Text Only Daily Gospel e-Message.
3.
When I click any of the icons or text from the

the website?

Internet and a Web-browser (eg. Internet Explorer,
Netscape etc.) to view the HTML and Flash content
of the website. If you do not have a web-browser,
you will have to download and install the software.
