The Jesuits of Malaysia and Singapore belong to one region. In Singapore, there are two Jesuit communities: the apostolic community and the novitiate community. In Malaysia, there are two apostolic communities: one in Petaling Jaya and another in Masai, Johore.

The Jesuits serve the needs of the local diocese. They also administer parishes: the Church of St Ignatius in Singapore and the Church of St Francis Xavier in Petaling Jaya.
