St Thomas Aquinas: Saturday 28th January, 2012 (Mt 23:8-12)

Dear Friend in the Lord,

God is Great: In today’s Gospel, Jesus reminds us of the fundamental truth
of life that only God is great and almighty. Thus, no one and nothing in this
world, including our reputation, regardless of how precious it is to us, can or should replace God who has given us life and is offering us eternal happiness.
